The production time for our mirrors is 20 to 25 days, except for custom sizes or special projects. Each piece is shipped with reinforced perimeter packaging to ensure maximum protection. We recommend keeping the packaging for a few days in case any issues arise that need to be addressed.

Our products include a two-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. Additionally, we offer transport damage coverage valid for 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, commercial use, or any alterations made to the product by the customer is explicitly excluded from this warranty.
