We ship your artworks worldwide. We also offer the option to create reinforced wooden crates to ensure safety during land, sea, or air transportation.

Delivery time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 30 business days. Standard deliveries usually take between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping for orders above a minimum purchase amount. For orders below that amount, shipping charges will apply. For deliveries to private customers, an additional surcharge applies.

International shipments usually take between 7 and 21 business days, depending on the destination and the type of transport (land, sea, or air).

  • Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the shipping details. If you wish, you can contact us at any time to check its status and estimated delivery date.

  • What to do if your order arrives damaged

If the package is damaged by the carrier, you have up to 24 hours to notify us, as required by the insurer. After this period, we will not be able to process the claim free of charge, as the package may have been handled afterwards. It is essential to note any visible damage to the packaging on the delivery slip. You will also need to provide photos clearly showing the damage and the shipping label with the carrier’s details.

If the only solution is to repair or replace your product, you must use the original or similar packaging so that the carrier can collect it.
